Refund: Requests for refunds must be in writing and received before one week prior to the event. A $5 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellation of a paid event, through the cancellation deadline. There will be no refunds on requests received after one week prior to the event. Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to be issued. I have discretion to issue refunds that do not comply with the policy.
Grievances: if there are any questions or complaints (i.e. course content, facilities, certificates, miscellaneous occurrences), but contact me directly.
Certificate for completion: Your certificate will be issued only once your payment has been made in full, and once you have completed the full certification course. Make sure you sign in and out so that I can EMAIL you your certification.
